Since 1991, Hiramatsu has worked with family-owned and operated businesses as well as public corporations boasting sales of more than $100 million. She has experience in retail, manufacturing, distribution, commercial lending, restaurant, construction and service businesses. Hiramatsu has worked for boutique turnaround consulting firms including Durkee/Sharlit Associates, the Scotland Group and Prolman Associates.

Our Difference
Prior to becoming a management consultant, Hiramatsu spent ten years as a vice-president in commercial banking (Union Bank and Chemical Bank) where she was responsible for lending funds to business of all sizes in a wide variety of industries.
Hiramatsu earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and her MBA from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. She also attended Waseda University, International
Division in Tokyo, Japan. Hiramatsu is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA) and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP).
A member of the Turnaround Management Association and the Association for Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors, Hiramatsu serves on the Board of Directors of the Japanese-American Cultural and Community Center. She has previously served on the board of the local chapter of the Institute for Management Consultants, the Executive MBA Alumni Association at UCLA and on the advisory board of a privately-held, educational travel service company.
